Annemasse, France – Destination Justice is thrilled to announce another incredible step forward in the development of the organization. After opening its concept Justice Café and Library in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Destination Justice just established its new office, strategically located in France near the International Geneva.
Situated in the ideal central location of Annemasse’s Cité de la Solidarité Internationale, this new office confirms Destination Justice’s presence in Europe and internationally, while also establishing it locally in the Rhône-Alpes region, France’s second largest region involved in international cooperation matters.
The office will be headed by Silvia Palomba, in close collaboration with co-founders Rodolphe Prom, currently directing Destination Justice’s operations in Cambodia, and Doreen Chen. Through this new office, Destination Justice’s aim is to support and strengthen its operations in Cambodia, but also to develop further its International Litigation Program, mainly devoted to the protection of human rights defenders. It is also planned to organise seminars, training courses, and other events in order to foster access to justice and rule of law through education.
Rodolphe Prom, Destination Justice President, said: “Opening this office within Annemasse’s Cité de la Solidarité Internationale near Geneva is a very important and exciting strategic move for Destination Justice, not only will it support our current work in Cambodia and at the international level but also it will develop it in France and towards Europe. We look forward to collaborating and developing partnerships with the Cité’s resident organisations”
