Brief info
Rodolphe Prom has over 15 years of professional experience in Rule of Law and human rights, with a focus on access to legal information, justice sector development, and legal reform advocacy. His work combines strategic advisory with expertise in organizational development and management.
As President of Destination Justice, he has forged partnerships with UN institutions, global law firms, NGOs like Transparency International, and foreign governments. This builds on his experience as a Special Advisor at Cambodia's Ministry of Justice, where he managed relationships with international stakeholders like the ICRC or the International Organization of La Francophonie. He also provides strategic advice as a philanthropy consultant to enhance organizational effectiveness and funding strategies.
His projects include publishing Cambodia's first Annotated Constitution and creating a Free Access to Law Platform.
His teaching experience spans multiple institutions globally. He has served as a lecturer at the Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne and Aix-Marseille Université in France, Hanoi University in Vietnam , and both the Royal University of Law and Economics and Pannasastra University in Cambodia. His background in international justice also includes work at the UN-backed ECCC on the prosecution of senior Khmer Rouge leaders.
He holds a Master's degree in Humanitarian Action and Law from Aix-Marseille Université. His professional background has led to his inclusion as an Approved Expert on the UNDP's GPN ExpRes Roster for Rule of Law, Justice, Security, and Human Rights.
