The Justice Matters Roadshows build upon the youth’s general awareness of justice in Cambodia and its gaps. There is a demand for better justice in Cambodia, a demand for a fair, transparent and independent justice. Following the success of the International Justice Day’s celebration in July 2014 that featured the ICC Exhibit “Justice Matters” for the first time in Cambodia, we decided to take a travelling version of the exhibit across the country through roadshows engaging with the Cambodian youth and immersing them in a workshop about what justice, and especially domestic justice, should be and what it means to them.

With two pilot roadshows in 2014, over 200 students engaged in lively discussions about justice which now continue on a moderated group.
